Thesis Title: Chaos in construction labour productivity and its impact on planning and organisation of firms

About

I'm a Civil Engineer with a measure of social conscience so you can see me creating or building something and investigating behaviour with all its complexity at the same time. I strongly believe in multiskilling, whole-package in-house construction companies and in socially balanced free-trade economy.

In research I'm particularly interested in the complexity of human behaviour in organisations with fundamentals in Luhmann's theory of social systems and Maturana's and Varela's Autopoietic theory. It is continuous interdependency between individual and structural characteristics that make the whole area so immensely interesting.

This could go on as I'm always interested in too many areas ending up doing all sorts of things but I enjoy it tremendously and that's what academia should be all about.
